Red light therapy is a non-invasive treatment using medical-grade red and near-infrared light to boost cellular energy, skin health, muscle recovery, and weight management. Sessions at EverGlo are 20 minutes in our full 360 Prism Light Pod.
Athletes, those with chronic pain, people seeking weight loss support, and anyone looking to boost skin health and overall wellness. We do not allow those who are pregnant or have a pacemaker to use red light therapy.
Sessions are 20 minutes in our state-of-the-art Prism Light Pod. It is a full 360 experience. You may go nude or wear undergarments — the light will not penetrate through clothing.
